Currently residing in Los Angeles, English musician, singer & songwriter, Alain Whyte is best known for his co-writing partnership with music icon Morrissey. Over the course of three decades, their collaborative efforts with Alain as main songwriter have produced a stream of critically acclaimed and commercially successful results (including Morrissey’s only Grammy-nominated record to date as well as 7 Top 20 UK singles, 4 of which went Top 10). During this time Alain has also written with several other of the biggest names in music and his diverse talent and creativity has led to co-writes with artists such as Madonna, Rihanna and The Black-Eyed Peas. His music has been produced by the best, working hand in hand with the likes of Jerry Finn, Steve Lillywhite, Mick Ronson, Tony Visconti and others.
